I've been working Downtown this summer (and thoroughly enjoying it!). Last week while on my way to lunch with coworkers I saw a sign for a seemingly-new clothing store, called Jazzy Boutique.
After a quick Google search, I came across a feature about the store on Phucking Fab and decided that I must go and check it out for myself.
I stopped by on lunch break to the store which is located at 72 Union (next door to Mesquite Chop House and across from the Parking Can Be Fun garage).
The store has been open for only a couple of weeks now. And the boutique's owner is 18-year-old Jasmine Perry (no relation). The store is named after her. In fact, she received the store as a surprise gift following her graduation from White Station High School.
Jasmine will be heading to the University of Memphis to study business and fashion merchandising.
The store has lots of bright clothes and accessories, but ranges from sexy, club worthy frocks to cute eyelet dresses and fun blazers.
The store is open Monday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Jasmine said she plans to keep the store open extended hours today.
Jasmine also has plans to open an online store.
